2.5 stars to "Magic Tests" by Ilona Andrews
Perhaps it is just me but I don't much care for any character's narration in the Kate Daniels world other than Kate Daniels. Julie, Kate's ward, narrates Magic Tests and involves her trying to find a missing girl. While the magic was entertaining, I just did not care much for Julie's narration. It was not a bad story, just not the greatest either.
